We took the kids and their friends to a baseball game last Saturday. It was a perfect day to take in a baseball game. We of course chose to go to a Braves game when the Diamondbacks were in town. We are still Diamondback fans, even though they are not doing so well this year. Taylor did not want to go to the game, because she was invited to her best friends house. It was a hot day, but as you can see we are under the terrace and was shaded the whole game. There was a breeze the entire time. It was pretty much perfect.

I remember when I was a kid and we moved to Georgia from Chicago my family went to a Braves vs. Cubs game. One of my brothers made a poster for the Braves and I remember thinking he was such a traitor! So I totally get your rooting for the Diamondbacks!
Congrats on your new calling! You will do great! I am almost 2 years into it and feel like I have things running smoothly, it takes a bit to get used to being in charge and delegating! Don't forget to delegate!
And you will survive camp. Do you have cabins or are you roughing it for 5 days? Ours was pretty posh. 3square meals a day that we didn't have to cook ourselves, bathrooms, showers, etc. Still, there's no place like home!
I have ever told you what an awesome mom you are! A Braves game huh what do you not do with your little monkeys? What great memories!!!
Love it!!! I love going to baseball games. What a fun family outing.
