This is what I have been up to lately:
Canning gound turkey Getting ready to pressure cook
The cooking process was not bad, but the cool down process took forever.The finished product: 4 quarts & 11 pints = 18 pounds of turkey

Wow! Look at you go, you canning fool! I bow down to you. I've thought about canning, but that's as far as I've gotten with that. LOL!
