I know I don't look old enough to have a daughter that is old enough to drive,
(at least that is what people are always telling me, keep it up) but here is the proof. Jessica has had her permit for almost a year now. She is finally getting very comfortable behind the wheel. She can have the radio on now while she drives and sure is singing right along with it. We still need to work on the freeway driving, but she is a pretty good driver. She will be able to get her license in about 8 weeks. It just seems like yesterday that she was walking. Anyways you could be glad you don't live here or be sad that she can't help you take your kids where they need to be. I am for one so excited that she will be able to drive herself to school from seminary, volleyball practice, track, and to the many many other things that she is involved in. She will end up being just like the rest of us and end up hating to drive, but I will take advantage of it for as long as I can. It brings me a little more freedom and time.

WOW! No way ...for real? That is something I am not ready for and yet I am only 5 years away from that. {shudder}
Independence was so dreamy when I was a kid. I can relate to that. But oh my goodness...I just can't believe she is that old!
No WAY!!!! That makes me feel old. Good luck, I know my day will come sooner then I can even imagine.
Is the driving age the same there? I can't believe it. We really haven't seen you guys for awhile. Good luck.
Get off the sidewalks... Jessica is driving :) JK... Just think, you can sleep in and she can drive herself to seminary!!!
Crap. If Kirsten feels old... then how do you think I feel??
Oh Miss Jessica. I can't believe that little rugrat is that old. I will for sure remember her bday this year! It's always a big day here in my house - Olivia's bday! It's a big year with your angel turning sweet 16 and my angel turning 12 and becoming a Beehive. Craziness.
Love you much!
Wow! Jessi can drive! That is SO crazy! I can't even get my permit until January. Man, at times like these I wish I didn't live in Arizona! Well, I miss all you Udalls. Come and visit soon!
Love,
Andrea Nipper
Hooray! Jessica is driving! I believe you when you say it feels like yesterday she just started walking. Maryn told me tonight that she can't wait to be a teenager. I was like whoa there little buddy! Slow it down, it will be here fast enough!
